Overview – 7 Day Return Policy

1) Damages pieces can be exchanged or replaced within 7 days of shipment. (Messenger/shipment Charges to be paid by the BUYER.

2) We don’t have any return policy if stated/advertised on the product page, which is for customized products.

3) VAT/Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They shift as indicated by the principles of different states and must be paid straight forwardly by the purchaser. VAT/Custom Taxes and Import Duties are excluded in our requesting procedure, but rather might be charged to you by your legislature.

4) When you get any open or altered bundle inform us immediately by sending an email at info@shoplur.com.

5) Incorrect Stitching is Not our responsibility, We are not Responsible for ANY Faults in Stitching Sizes or any issues .These are the products sold by other vendors than our own brand shoplur.You can return the product within 7 days of shipment.

6) We refund the payment after product reaches our center and refund will be processed after verification of details.Please allow us 7 days for processing a full refund on the item.The refund will be reflected within 7 days.

7 )Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.

8.)A Bit of Color variety may happen, as observing an item is genuine and in a displaying photo shoot occurs, we are not in charge of that.

9) Delay in dispatch is not our obligation. We dispatch on time from our side . and If any Product doesn’t get got inside 15 days, then please sent us immediately by means of email.

10) Catalog name in site and in Original may vary, as we change names because of security issues.

11) All returns must be in unused condition with packaging intact.


12) Products claiming refund must be returned in the same form as it is received. Broken/used/tampered products are not accepted back.


13) If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.The buyer should bear the return shipping cost. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it via speed post to the address below:

Should write the Order id, Registered Mobile number and Email details on a sheet of paper and keep it in the parcel.

Your Order is CONFIRMED After we receive the Payment, and Product availability status is checked after receiving Your payment, There are chances that Even after you pay the Product May Not be available, we Provide Easy Refunds or Adjustments if that Case Occurs.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns
