You have 10 days from when the item was ordered to make a return in it’s original condition.

- Returns for shipped merchandise will be for the cost of the merchandise only, shipping costs are non-refundable.

The refund procedure will be initiated within 24-48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the store coupon code will be provided within 24 hours which can be used to place new orders.
We make sure to sent correct order details as always. If the fault was ours, your shipping expense will be refunded to you. In case you received the wrong item you can return it. Send an email to email@example.com. We can either send you the correct item or give you a full refund(with photo proof).
In case the items are damaged during transit, we can either send you a new item or give you a full refund(with video proof).
You will receive an order return address once you proceed with return of the item.
